Ukuho operates the app discovery platform at ukuho.com (the "Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms of Service and to comply with all applicable laws. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

Ukuho reserves the right to update these Terms from time to time. We will post changes on this page and may provide notice through the Platform. Your continued use after any changes constitutes your binding acceptance of the updated Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Platform, you affirm that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts in your jurisdiction. If you are acting on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Intellectual Property

The Ukuho Content, including text, graphics, logos, user interface, icons, images, software, and the overall design of the Platform (collectively, the "Ukuho Content"), is owned by Ukuho or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and use the Ukuho Content for personal, non-commercial purposes and only in a manner expressly permitted by these Terms. Redistribution, reproduction, modification, or creation of derivative works of any Ukuho Content outside the scope of these Terms is prohibited without prior written permission.

You grant Ukuho a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and distribute user-submitted content solely to operate and promote the Platform. By submitting content, you affirm that you own or control all rights to that content and that the submission does not infringe or violate any rights of others. Trademarks and service marks appearing on the Platform are the property of their respective owners and may not be used without permission.

3. Third-Party Links and Hosted Apps

Ukuho functions as a discovery and information service. The apps listed on Ukuho are hosted on Google Play or other third-party platforms; Ukuho does not host and does not distribute the apps themselves. When you choose to download or use an app, you will be subject to the terms and policies of the third-party platform(s) (for example, Google Play Terms of Service and Privacy Policy). Ukuho does not control these terms and bears no responsibility for the third-party services.

We strive to provide accurate descriptions and information about apps, but we do not guarantee the availability, quality, safety, or legality of any third-party app. Any reliance on third-party content is at your own risk, and you are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and terms when using such apps.

4. Disclaimer; Limitation of Liability

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Ukuho DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND SECURITY.

Ukuho does not guarantee that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Your use of the Platform is at your own risk. Ukuho shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform or any third-party apps listed on it, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not permit the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, in which case the liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

5. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Ukuho operates its principal place of business. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts located within that jurisdiction, as determined by Ukuho. This clause does not preclude injunctive relief in cases involving intellectual property rights or confidentiality.

6. Changes to the Platform

Ukuho reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any portion of the Platform at any time without notice. We may also add or remove features and update content without prior notice. We will not be liable to you for changes to, interruptions of, or discontinuation of the Platform.
